Note that if a package has been damaged in transit, it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the shipment. Please hold the carton and packaging materials until you speak to us.
If we ask you to return the damaged item to us, it must be sent back within 14 days. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip.
We suggest that you insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Your credit card will be credited for the returned merchandise and tax, if any, paid. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. |
